New "How it works" pages

After discussing where the new nonenergy, forestry, renewables, and other content belongs, we determined that we can break up the production page into a new series of pages, which will be listed under a new header on the "How it works" page (which might be called "What natural resources are produced?" or similar). The new pages will include:

• Fossil fuels (all content from https://useiti.doi.gov/how-it-works/production/#fossil-fuels)
• Renewable energy (content from https://useiti.doi.gov/how-it-works/production/#renewable-energy + new addition) Content: Renewables addition #2333
• Nonenergy minerals (content from https://useiti.doi.gov/how-it-works/production/#nonenergy-minerals + addition) Content: Nonenergy minerals information #2314
• Forestry (all new content) Content: Forestry information #2313

As we move, edit, and combine this content, we should keep an eye out for opportunities to reduce manual data updates and duplication.
