Request for new dnscrypt-proxy release

Hello,

Thank you for maintaining dnscrypt-proxy. Since the last release in 2023, several bugs have been fixed. Could you please consider publishing a new release? This would benefit users who prefer precompiled binaries.

Things have changed in recent macOS versions, and I don't know how to notarize the macOS binaries any more.

I was previously using gon, but it now fails, saying that the team id must be at least 3 characters long.

If I enter the team ID displayed in my Apple Developer account, it says that the credentials are invalid.

I paid 99 euros to get a developer account.

I followed the ChatGPT advice and tries with notarytool but got Error: HTTP status code: 401. Invalid credentials. Username or password is incorrect. Use the app-specific password generated at appleid.apple.com. Ensure that all authentication arguments are correct.

I tried to create a new app-specific certificate in Xcode, but got "There is a problem with the request entity, you already have a current Developer ID application certificate or a pending certificate request".

I don't know what to do.

Spent more time on this before going to bed. The solution was to create a new application-specific password, in the personal Apple account (https://account.apple.com/), not in the application developer section.

So, a new version has been released.
