DataPortListController allows to edit default values of LibraryState IO-ports

This is a bug by the current definition of the functionality supposed to be offered by the this list controller. Currently it is handy because we needed to temporary change a value in a open state machine and continue in the library hierarchy.

So generally this is a bug report and a discussion to offer in future a defined interface to do such operations.

• e.g. add a expert mode flag in the state editor to offer the possibility to change default values

-> means basically that this is no more a bug but a feature request.

Other options for expert mode abilities will be discussed separately in issue #598.
