With the updates to js-deje, we really don't need a full Go backend to deje-admin anymore. In fact, it would be better to become a fully self-contained static site. This is not only deployable anywhere, but opens up the way for app packaging in Firefox and Chrome.

This will probably merit breaking out into multiple tickets, somehow. Given that the Go backend is definitely on its way out, I wonder if it's not okay to merge some of this stuff into master.
