Summer Missions & Stint Page should have new architecture. This should include the following:

Front-end web page should be made responsive and hosted according to new architecture.
All text on the page should populate from a Firebase field so that the web page is templative.

The link for Apply for Stint is broken. All of the links to Learn More about EA, Oasis, & Stateside are all not linking to correct locations.
