There is currently a setting to enable reversing in pathfinder for the turn maneuvers.

Also, if a vehicle has no towed implements, reversing for the pathfinder is enabled by default. This can lead to problems for instance in mode 2.

Add a new vehicle specific setting to enable/disable reversing for the pathfinder in general.
