Implement Student Summary and Statistics

Summary page for displaying every student's exp/level

Think this should also display the summary of each group in v2 (i.e. each group will have a separate tab).

Tasks (Updated 16 Sep)

• Summary (Gamified) of all students / my students
• Summary of all students / my students for each assessment (perhaps by tab or category)
• Export Summary as CSV

It'll also be helpful to have a summary of mission/tutorial completion. Something like what Codecademy does with their class view.

In addition, show and hide the gamification statistics based on whether gamification flag is enabled for course.
