Clean up braid print

• Add anyon names at top and bottom of braid (& more horizontal spacing to account for names as needed)
• Make sure that no errors/invalid commands increment the time (currently this happens with non-adjacent swap)
• In output messages, don't refer to time; also say the names instead of indices
• (if time permits) Display braid automatically after each time step
