User stories not related to target users

A number of the user stories do not seem to be about the users of the app (soc students and staff)

Team's Response

When brainstorming about User Stories, the main concern was to consider all potential users rather than just our target audience. As far as we know, there is no restriction on the users for the User Stories

Severity has been downgraded as this is unlikely to affect the other parts of the Developer Guide, which would still be largely functional for developers
