Add legal pages: Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ?

As part of improving the project's transparency and compliance, we may need to include some basic legal pages such as a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These pages would help clarify the project's usage guidelines and data handling practices, even for an open-source-faire-use project like Enclosed.

Also make some kind of disclaimer, that, I, and the contributors, are not responsible for the usage of the app (and self-hosted instance), that the app is provided as is, and that the user is responsible for what they share with the app.
