Iteration 4 Summary

Iteration 4 was approved by the Data Standards Chair on 02/109/2020 and is scheduled for release 16/09/2020.
Release 1.5.0 included two releases:

• 1.4.0 errata
• DP 135
• DP 134

The consultation for Enhanced Error Handling continues in Iteration 5.

• Five DPs to conclude this iteration: #119, #120, #121, #122 and #127
