Iteration 2 Summary

Iteration 2 was approved by the DSB chair on Mon 30/03/2020 and concluded on 03/04/2020.
Iteration 2 forms the scope of Standards release v1.3.0 along with concurrent consent and some CX changes.
The purpose of the iteration was providing clarity for non-majors for product reference data prior to non-major PRD obligations in July 2020.

In total there were:

• 13 change requests
• 7 resulted in changes being adopted
• 5 resulted in no change
• 1 resulted in no decision with the requested to be carried over into Iteration 3

• At the request of the original poster, CR #79 has been carried over into Maintenance Iteration 3.
• URI Encoded images - request to provide additional clarity
• Enhanced Error Handling. Refer to consultation Decision proposal, and issues here, here and here.
• Consent Model and technical roadmap.
• Product Data v3: creation of Decision Proposal for tiered fees.
• Handling at-cost fees.
