Answer provided

Ticket # Question Answer
2352 For CDR-Banking. specific to BankingAccountDetailV3- BSB
If the Bank is changing its primary BSB (single BSB Bank) on being rebranded there is an interim period where there will be 2 Digital Channels showing the 2 separate BSB. Can we show the new BSB even if the old digital channel shows the old BSB? secondly as BSB is not customer data is it ok to show either of Banks BSB until all accounts are migrated?
The BSB number disclosed by the data holder should be the BSB number associated with the consumer’s account(s) at that time. We understand that there will be a cutover period as the data holder transitions from the old, to the new BSB number and that Bank A and Bank B will contact affected consumers and accredited data recipients regarding the upcoming change.
For completeness, the BSB number for a consumer’s account(s) falls within the definition of consumer data under the CDR Rules.

Any Other Business

7ImpCallHeaders Attendees are invited to raise topics related to the Consumer Data Right that would benefit from the DSB and ACCCs' consideration.
