The paper attached below is a noting paper outlining the approach the Data Standards Body will be using to develop the standards for the telecommunications sector, including specific considerations and problem areas:

This paper is not a formal consultation that will lead to a decision for the Data Standards Chair to consider. Feedback and questions on the intended approach are nonetheless welcome.
