So far we have only relied on Kurtosis testing and our unit tests. We should have a simple integration test using our current Teku<>Besu setup.

This is blocked by some backward incompatible changes introduced in newer versions of Besu. I have fixed one of the problems in Besu I found, but the other was taking too long of my time so I decided to raise an issue for the Besu team.

First fix: hyperledger/besu#7431
