Having a smooth process for hosting an only-internally-accessible static site would be great.

Possibly the easiest option is to use github pages. to do this with a private repo/private site requires paying for github enterprise cloud which is $44/yr per user, so $132/yr for the team.

jupyter book? quarto? raw sphinx? what's the easiest way to do this?
