Describe the bug

With the version 7.0.0-preview3 the MarkdownTextBlock is missing in Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.Controls. To #3062 the package should actually be moved to a separate package, but this cannot be found.

@jp-weber did you try to fix the error where it's asking you might be missing an assembly reference?

@Kyaa-dost As already mentioned, with version 7 markdown should be moved from the normal control package to a separate one. However with preview 3, there seems to be no package available at the moment. At the old preview 2 markdown is in the control package.

@jp-weber sorry for the troubles, we had issues with our last push to NuGet with this package and then discovered problems with the package due to the new Smoke Tests we're trying to add in #3450.

We unfortunately haven't resolved the issue yet for that though, we're trying to track down why that test is now failing with this package and have to do some more investigations.

We just setup new preview feeds, but there hasn't been a check-in to the main branch yet to trigger getting an initial package baseline in yet (we're still testing the new configuration change). Once those go there though, you could grab the package to try, but we're not sure if it's working yet due to the failure we're seeing in the Smoke Test.

For now I think the best option for MarkdownTextBlock is sticking on 7.0.0-preview2? Sorry again for the troubles.

Many thanks for the explanation. No need to apologize for it. I just found it confusing at this point what the plan with the markdown control looks like.

I looking forward to the release of version 7 👍
