Describe the problem this feature would solve

It would be great if TranslatorService.Instance.TranslateAsync() allows optional parameters. To make the implementation simple, it could return the raw json response and let the user parse it.

We will be deprecating/removing this service so no longer be able to support Translator Service.

Could you point me to the announcement about the deprecation to allow me to figure out how it will impact my use of the service. Right now, I am using Microsoft.Toolkit.Services.MicrosoftTranslator.TranslatorService
