After upgrade to 1.6.0-RC6, /var/log/traffic-ops/traffic_ops.log is empty. Was trying troubleshoot a problem with Diff CR-Config that would create no output (I've made modifications).

[root@cdn1cdcms0001 traffic_ops]# ls -l
total 10888
-rw-r--r-- 1 trafops trafops 11141754 Jul 21 11:34 access.log
-rw-r--r-- 1 trafops trafops        0 Jul 18 14:43 traffic_ops.log

Maybe because there wasn't anything to be logged, changed the logging to DEBUG and it started writing to traffic_ops.log

Closing this issue... Looks like Traffic Ops 1.6.0 has been cleaned up and there was not any errors to be logged.
