Fix card padding #1019

On the Find Properties page

The inside padding between the cards is larger than the side padding, which looks odd because it goes against heirarchy patterns.

Fix the padding so it's consistent inside and sides.

Make sure the card doesn't get cut off on the top. That happened when I tried fixed the CSS in the browser.
