CMS and Announcements Module for Shiksha

GovTech Context

Once Shiksha starts getting deployed, deployers will need to be able to create content pages and announcements. This would be useful for the deployers to show announcements about events. Content pages would be useful to show information about the sponsoring ministry / authority, help and FAQ pages.
