preprocessor conditionals folding

Feature request:
It would be great to have C preprocessor conditionals folding to avoid reading unneeded code:

For example having chevron symbol at line 169 clicking by which code would be fold up to line 191 would be great.

I second that, great feature.
Also, "dimming" those parts that are inactive would help a lot. Should I make that a different feature request?
