Snippets and resources are creating separately from each other, via their different adapters.

Think about how the change broker could be used to connect the references to each other via the different adapters. (Or re-arch the adapters.)

Also, think about if IAdaptableAdapter should gratuitously create a Resource when asked to create a Snippet.
