Cannnot install Flocker node on Centos7

I followed the tutorial on installing flocker node service on centos7, but got the 404 error reponse while download the yum repo
https://clusterhq-archive.s3.amazonaws.com/centos/clusterhq-release.el7.centos.noarch.rpm. Please could anybody tell me what i can do next?

@shamimgeek @GarryLi clusterhq shutdown in december 16. So those aws resources are probably destroyed.
