Allow image tag to default to appVersion #30

The appVersion and image tag values are redundant. The appVersion is set in the chart and really only creates a label. Would be helpful if image tag was optional and it defaulted to appVersion if not specified. Most of the time these will be the same value and this makes the upgrade process more clear.
