Write a 'getting started with Jetstream cloud' tutorial #164
Comments
For CollabFest students who might want to work on this issue, you'll need an OpenStack environment and will thus need to contact me to get you started with credentials! |
Hey @almahmoud I would like to work on this issue. |
Hi @ananyak19 - thanks for your interest here. In addition to what @almahmoud pointed out already, take a look at the contributing guide available here: https://cloudbridge.cloudve.org/en/latest/topics/contributor_guide.html. I'd suggest you start by forking and cloning this repo. Then reach out to me on Galaxy project's Matrix space: https://matrix.to/#/#galaxyproject_FederatedGalaxy:gitter.im and we can see about setting you up with necessary access. |
Hi @afgane , |
Hi @afgane . If this issue is still open then can you please assign it to me? |
The Jetstream2 cloud is an OpenStack, NSF-funded academic cloud operated by the Indiana University. They teach cloud computing concepts all over the country and have a great tutorial for the OpenStack command line client. It would be great to write an equivalent one using CloudBridge and Python.
