Should walk through the process of configuring a git client
Should recommend either forks or branches
Should at least have a section for license check
Should at least specify the maven dependencies checker
Should at least specify about check style rules for code formatting.
Should specify changes requested cases
Should specify merge or re-base to protected branches like master or release branches
