I have been speaking to Paul Atherton through DIYDrones and he suggested to put a issue on github.
When arming from the Taranis and the Pixhawk fails due to prearm errors, the Taranis reads out the prearm errors repeatedly, this lasts for about 1min 30 seconds. https://youtu.be/XYSe48gsS-M
When arming directly from mission planner, the Taranis will read out the errors once and then stops (this is how i would expect the feature to work). https://youtu.be/BCw6X1_wq4s

I am presently looking at changing the code for the audio notifications in order to set a minimum repeat duration to any message. This will be added to the v2 code only in new repo https://github.com/athertop/MavLink_FrSkySPort.
