Seems most support for the file types is there but the update command is missing a research option.

Yes, we made the view e.g.

Tasks:

  • Add the command to load research WTS variants for a given case - I'm currently working on this
  • Add the command to update an existing case and setting the fraser_research and outrider_research fields
