Revert doc URLs from changes in #1244

Description

#1244 changed some URLs to avoid doc warnings (and therefore doc failures), but we should figure out how to recover the original URLs. In one case we switch from a NASA link, because it was failing with curl, to a wiki link. In another case, we moved from a DOI link to the URL that it redirected to.

Add any other reasons why this should be addressed.

The doi ones were just warnings, but didn't actually cause failures. See JuliaDocs/Documenter.jl#1344
