Summary

SUMMARY: Features "Generic video game play iuse"

Purpose of change

Closes #35868

Describe the solution

Instead of actually opening one of the games-within-a-game that the iuse has for handheld and game watches, just start a generic "play_game" activity, same as deck of cards.

Makes them easier to use if you dont actually want to play the game within the game.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N/A

Testing

loaded a game, spawned a game watch and a handheld game system, activated them, chose the option for "play anything for a while", an hour passed for a bit of morale, not as much as "winning" some of the other games, like finding the kitten, but they deserve to have a further morale reward.
