Describe the bug

The boomer-originated pink-eye can happen even with armor_bio_eyes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a player with armor_bio_eyes
  2. Spawn some boomers
  3. Get biled
  4. Develop pink-eye

Expected behavior

I expected not to get pink-eye with my eyes so sealed off from the world that I can't even cry.

Additional context

Possibly the fix is just to backport #72172 which reverts the pink-eye addition.

Possibly the fix is just to backport #72172 which reverts the pink-eye addition.

I think it's better to backport #74681.
