[Xedra Evolved] There should be a way to obtain "moon tears ingot"

When I was looting boader patrol office, I was very delight those fae drop their estocs, but I am unable to fix those weapons because there is no way to craft moon tears ingot. Player can get scrap moon tear from uncraft some gears those fae drop but the scrap have no use too.

Solution you would like.

A recipe let player forge scrap moon tear into moon tears ingot.

Describe alternatives you have considered.

Let moon tear items can be repair with scrap moon tear
