Describe the bug
Exosuit hardpoints lack a defined max length, and the resulting default is too short for a variety of exosuit attachments. Of particular note is the large storage pack, which can expand sufficiently from insertions to be too long for the hardpoint it attaches to. Additionally, the exosuit scabbard cannot contain the vast majority of sword due to the low maximum length of its parent pocket.

Steps to reproduce
1: Create a character, then spawn an exosuit frame and large storage pouch/scabbard
2: Spawn any sword over 16 inches, attempt to inset
3: Fail to insert
Expected behavior
The scabbard has a listed max length of 70 inches, and the bag similarly has a high maximum. Both should be able to reach these maximums without unexpectedly becoming incompatible with the exosuit frame.
