Describe the bug

When I use ELFA serum game crashed sometimes, so I think that happend because of some ELFA mutation problem

Steps To Reproduce

Use ELFA serum. if everything is fine use it again. Game get crashed about one time per 10 uses.
*to check it I made cdda-only world with pure character 8-8-8-8 with no traits, mutations or skuills and give him 100 ELFA serum

Expected behavior

When I mutate, game must always go on.
