Inhaler doesnt spawn on the ground during asthmatic shower victim start

#Describe the bug

I started a new character with the new Nested Container patch, that had the trait asthmatic, chose the starting profession of Shower victim. Since there is no pockets to place the Inhaler and the character starts holding a soap bar an error occurs and no inhaler is placed on the ground essentially starting the asthmatic character with no starting inhaler.

Steps To Reproduce

Start with an Inhaler either next to or under the character so we can pick it up after putting on clothes that enable us to carry something.
