Cannot install batteries on vehicles

Describe the bug

Cannot install any type of batteries on vehicles in the most recent build after the update. The tooltip says there is no battery to install despite there being one in player inventory or on the ground or inside the vehicle cargo. The tooltip showing the name of the battery upon installation stays red no matter what.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Get a vehicle battery and attempt installation.
2. Attempt to install said battery on the vehicle.
3. Be unable to install said battery because the game does not recognize the battery being in the near vicinity
