Expected Behavior

Clicking on the menubar weather icon toggles the display of a weekly forecast below, similar to how clicking the date/time icon toggles the display of a calendar.

Current Behavior

Clicking on the menubar weather icon does nothing.

Detailed Description

Would like the weather menubar icon to behave like the date/time icon.

If so, it really would be a great idea, but it would take a lot of time, which I don't have right now. I will be happy for any contribution.
