Get Detroit specific translations

Blocked on getting final approvals of strings.

Maybe scope out marking which ones are human translated and which are generated for maintainability.

We currently have automatically generated translations. Prior to launch, we need to generate human reviewed translations of our strings to make sure that we capture all of the strings we have.

Either we can:

• use Detroit's paid translation services
• use Google's translation services
