As a resident
I want to see Coming Soon as a section on the homepage
So that I can see these more attractive opportunities

Acceptance Criteria

  • When I am on the homepage, I will see a section for Coming Soon above regions, sorted by recently updated

Notes

  • Will need translations: if translation come back by July 8, let's wrap it in, if not and it will take longer, let's launch with English only--Translations taking longer than expected, proceed with English only
  • It should show 3 sorted by most recently coming soon
  • Remove arrows
  • Add button for View All which will take to filtered view

QA Notes
Start Here: https://detroit-public-dev.netlify.app/

  1. Go to the homepage and view the section in different screen dimensions
  2. Click the See All Coming Soon button
  3. Verify that you land on the listings page with the Coming Soon filter set to true
  4. Then open a new tab and go here https://detroit-partners-dev.netlify.app/sign-in
  5. Vary the amount of public listings marked as Coming Soon and their publishing dates by going into the Application Process tab on listings
  6. See the affect on the new Coming Soon section after refreshing
