Launch Page Changes

[CinemaVision]

Tooltip changes:
New: New: Create a new, empty sequence
Load Options: Load Options: Load or import an existing sequence
Edit: Edit the current sequence
Auto Select: If enabled, the current sequence will allow auto-selection
Show in Dialog: If enabled, the current sequence will be shown in the sequence selection dialog
Play: Test the current sequence with a dummy feature

Preferences should be changed to:
    Settings: Modify global add-on settings for CinemaVision
