[Feature]: CD within bags

Describe the feature

show CD of items within bags, doesn't seem to do this - does show the time remaining in tooltip, but no visual within the item inside the bag

Just show the items CD, if it has one ongoing

I've noticed a similar thing with Profession Knowledge Treatises. My character with Blacksmithing and Mining, for example: use the BS treatise and the mining one will go into a cooldown, but the bag won't display it until a refresh (right-click on the bag icon) is triggered.
