Clock div isn't reset properly #115

I think there's an issue with Clock div:

Set the division to /4
Hook up the clock to a sequencer providing clock & reset
Hook seq clock > Dig 0
Hook seq reset > Dig 1

When pressing start on the sequencer, the divider won't generate a clock at the first tick but on the third, making everything off beat
