Cannot delete ICO files

Is it reproducible? No since I can't get rid of the ICO files.  I delete and 
they re-appear LIKE A VIRUS!

If yes, what steps will reproduce the problem?

What ico files are you talking about?
ico files from 7plus that you try to delete in Explorer? Other ico files that 
you try to delete using 7plus?
