Hi @ChrisChinchilla,

Thanks so much for continue maintaining the extension.

One suggestion:

I only export to HTML. Therefore I would like to set HTML to be the default export format.

What do you think of a setting by which people can define their preferred export format?

And if chosen, the command "Render" would directly render into that format!

Nice, thank you! Maybe a new command on the palette like "Pandoc render to default"?

And then default can be defined on the settings. :)

Another thought: can the sub-menu selection (HTML, PDF, ...) be shown on the command palette under recently used?
