Multiplying liquid bits 1.16.5 Bug in 2022-2024 (chiselsandbits-1.0.63.jar)

It's been 2022/2023 to 2024 still no fix in 1.16.5 after years the water still bug when added water into chisels they turned to water everything
I don't know why this Creator hates working with 1.16.5 version he didn't update the Chisels & Bits for 1.16.5 yet to fix the bug water.
Can someone please fix this mods in 1.16.5 idk how to disable waterlogged from chisels bits blocks tried everyone it and still not found to fix

The one only fix is the older version (C&B 0.3.4)

When you add water to chisels there is no bug water in 1.16.5 version (C&B 0.3.4) the one newer is bugged water
