TE spec B.9.1 (setException() called after exception) is now fully covered by the base class, but only tested in the UnifiedBackendTest, which is meant for backend implementation tests only. Move the test to the testTransferElement and verify that it fully covers all aspects of the (new!) implementation in the base class.
