Framework version needs to be updated #3

I am unable to run this project. I think the issue is the .NET framework version is so old that modern Visual Studio and libraries are no longer compatible with this old version.
 
FrameworkVersion v4.5.2 is end of life.

I was able to get it to work by first building the CarsonDB project then referencing it in another project. If it is not the correct way to use it let me know. This is my first day writing C#. Normally I write javascript.
