ejabberd receives "not-well-formed" #11

I have this in my ejabberd 18.09 log several times per day for my ChatSecure users:

[warning] Failed to establish outbound s2s connection domain.tld -> pubsub.chatsecure.org: Stream closed by local host: unbound prefix (not-well-formed); bouncing for XXX seconds

Seems pubsub.chatsecure.org accepts ejabberd's EXTERNAL auth (<success .../>). Then both sides must restart the stream. pubsub.chatsecure.org doesn't but sends an empty <stream:features/> instead. I think it's a bug in that node-xmpp-server thing used by RubDub.
