[Bug] 使用默认模型，网页端无法识别

🐛 问题描述

1.使用vercel配置DEFAULT_MODEL模型为gpt-4o-mini，无痕模式打开网页发现默认还是gpt-3.5-turbo，使用设置-重置所有设置即可让默认模型为DEFAULT_MODEL。
2.后来我用服务器使用docker部署，发现也是同样的结果
3.DEFAULT_MODEL配置的模型无法在模型选择正常显示，比如DEFAULT_MODEL设置gpt-4o-mini,在模型选择第一个显示的undefined.而我改成gpt-4o-mini@openai又可以正常显示了，但是改了之后，渠道将会变得不可用。
